The main challenge in remaking this lot was to keep the 10 trees in place.  This limited the building areas and visibility, and I soon found myself itching to move them one way or another.  So I did move them - vertically!

The house was raised, and just to make it even trickier, a river now runs under it!

The lake below has plenty of fishing spots for employees to keep the store fully stocked.

...and a rest area for the fishing crew.  There is room here for SimWardrobe's Fish Packing Station (Objects> Business Facilitators), which I highly recommend.  I use Pescado's Business Runs You et al for managing workers.
